Certificate Error to load the RD Web Portal

I installing RDS at a client and I found an issue about the certificate.
The client already has a global certificate to be used at company. All PCs receives the certificate after join the domain.
When I try to open the RD Web portal appears the message "There is a problem with this website's security certificate"
The behaviour happens in all Pcs (including the server itself).
I can log normally in the portal and load any published application but I must fix that , to avoid this screen in all clients and guarantee that all workstations can log in the portal normally.

Hi,
What is the exact certificate error? For example, if the name on the certificate does not match the name the user enters in their browser to connect to the server then you may receive "The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address". The names must match, so either you need to install a new certificate with the correct name or change the name that users use to connect to the server.
There are other errors and the solution varies depending on the error.

The message as
There is a problem with this website's security certificate
The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority
The security certificate presented by this webiste was issued for a different website's address. The name informed in the certificate as the server in FQDN (in Issued To) and this as the same website typed in IE, the only point as that after type the website and choose the "continue to this website" I'm redirect to the address https://<Server>/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx
