Unanswered Hyper-v 2012 Server NOT CORE iSCSI Initiator crashed on 'Portal Groups'

    Pretty much like title says.  I would appreciate it if someone could help me get to the bottom of this.  Remember this is not core and not full blown Windows it's just Hyper-V 2012 Server

    Here is the error i'm getting.

    It occurs when I go into Tools -> iSCSI Initiator Properties, and then click on the "Portal Groups" tab.
