  Hi,

  Please make sure that you have met the prerequisites of WDS, I’m not sure about the version of your server OS, there are two links for your reference:

  Title: Step-by-Step Guide for Windows Deployment Services in Windows Server 2003

  Title: Windows Deployment Services Getting Started Guide
  URL: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc771670(v=ws.10).aspx

  At the same time, please type the following command to generate general server health information:

  WDSUTIL /get-server /show:all /detailed

  This command causes general server health information to be logged in the Application log and in the System log.

  Please Check Firewall of WDS-server

  Please Verify that you have bind Only one IP address on Your Server

  Also check the DHCP bind IP address or Network Adapter by

  Right Click on DHCP Server Choose bind Verify that Network Adapter is selected or not

  Please restart the WDS-Server & check it
