I have a WSUS server using in the domain.
Now I am planning to install SCCM 2012 ( of course I want to use it as "Software Update Point" )
I install the SCCM 2012 into my WSUS Server, how can I config SCCM 2012 to use my current WSUS setting ? ( download folder, rule, etc )

When you use WSUS in combination with the SUP, you should never use the WSUS console to configure WSUS, it means that if you already have configured WSUS and want to Install CM12 you should delete all your approvals and auto-approval rules from WSUS and disable WSUS GP,
When you will add SUP role you can configure same settings as were on you WSUS ( software update classifications, products and etc)
Also you can configure Automatic Deployment Rules (new feature in CM 12) an use it like auto approval rules

delete all approvals in WSUS & re-approve in CM12 ?
um...need download 1xxGB patches again ?
I want to migrate the Windows Update issue silently from WSUS to CM12
Moreover, I already seprate servers/workstations/notebooks into different folders for prod/uat/dept

You need to uninstall the WSUS and reinstall it using the guidelines in the Configuration Manager 2012 documentation.
Do not try to 'reuse' an old WSUS-standalone server as a Software Update Point.
I suggest you pursue this discussion in the Configuration Manager forums. The first objective is to understand the differences between how WSUS operates as a standalone system and how it operates as a Software Update Point. (You might even determine that you don't want to configure it as a SUP!)
