    You have to uninstall the Recentely installed programme or Restore your System
    First Open your PC in Safe Mode then-Go to Start->Programs->
    >accessories->System Tools->System Restore.
    OR ELSE you have to Reinstall the Operating System.

    You have to uninstall the Recentely installed programme or Restore your System
