Failed to Start Lync Web Services using IIS Manager

Failed to start Lync web services beacause of dependent services W3SVC and Windows Process activation services and there dependent services .net tcp adapter etc are not starting with error 1053 and error 1068 for .net tcp adapter services.
the client has tried to deploy lync mobility services during CU5 update .. IIS got the error mentioned above.
any help?

Hi,Farrukh,
Would you please check the dependecy services are runing fine or not?If not the error in the event log will tell you something.
Would you please also check if you have installed other website on this server? This problem might happen when you install a third-party application that conflicts with one of these services, or the third-party application's installer disables the service,check http://support.microsoft.com/kb/280519/en-us
Also there is another simply thing but often to be ignored,please check the disk space is enough for running an application.
Besides,this question is also related to IIS service I suggest you also post the question to IIS forum for more help.
