Im getting an error when try to call any contact from my iphone lync client
Call was not completed or has ended. How we can work around for this what are the routes do i need to configure in my lync server ?
2012年4月5日 17:40Have you configured any kind of integration with the PSTN or a PBX in your Lync environment today? What happens here is the server will initiate an outbound call to your mobile number, and once connected it will then place another call to the contact you tried to dial. These calls should use the same policies and routes which should already be configured on your account if you're using Enterprise Voice.
Tom's description of prereqs is correct. If the user with the issue is enabled for EV then I would check the logs on your mediation server to find out why the calls are not completeing. If the call doesnt make it that far consult the FE logs.

I'm having the same issue.
We set up Lync Mobility for internal use only.
When we try to call from Lync installed on ipad to Lync installed on desktop an error message appears which is "call was not cmpleted or has ended"
