High Memory/CPU/Paging with Antigen/Forefront

- This information maybe premature but please be aware that there may be an issue with the latest Norman Engine
- May experience several spikes in Process Utilization- Mail flow was not affected
- Page pool memory increased at or around 100%
- Disabling the Norman engine alleviates the problem
- Microsoft is already aware of the issue and is currently working with the engine vendorTo disable the Norman engine, View the Settings - AntiVirus Page
- Hi Lite the SMTP ScanJob and uncheck "Norman Scan Engine" and save
- Hi Let the Realtime ScanJob and uncheck "Norman Scan Engine" and saveUpdates will be provided throughout this thread!
