Finally nail down the issue with the Ping issue, here comes another problem:

When we were with old ISP, the WAN IPs are in the subnet, so there is no problem to add them onto on WAN nic, with the new ISP, the IPs they give to us are on different subnets - how can I put them onto one WAN NIC?

Here is the information provided to us:

IP: 64.201.56.97 - this should be our WAN IP.
Default Gateway: 64.201.56.96, Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.254

    Routed Block: 64.201.56.104/29
Useable addresses 64.201.56.105-110 - this is the IPs we want to assign to the Servers, Subnet Mask 255.255.255.248

If we put 64.201.56.97 AND 64.201.56.105 onto the same WAN NIC, it won't work because they're on different subnets.

    Please advise!
    Thanks a lot

    Jack,

Thanks for posting. I wanted to clarify what you are asking. You are going to assign ISA's external NIC the IP of 64.201.56.97? In addition to that you have been given a block of public IPs of which the useable ones are 64.201.56.105-110. You want to use those to assign to which servers? Are these going to be servers in a DMZ?

Yes, I'm going to assign 64.201.56.97 to external NIC, and I also need to assign  64.201.56.105-110 to the same NIC, is that possible? As we only have two NICs on the ISA box, one for external, and one of Internal.

    Thanks

Multiple default gateways are usually a bad thing. Not so much an ISA Server thing as it is an OS thing. I would talk to your ISP and ask for a block of IP addresses that are concurrent.
