Local Temp File Access Denied

Hello, I created a new web site in vs2005. The problem is when I try to add a new item (i.e. Web Form) i get and error message that reads as follows;
Access to the path 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Temp\1bi5kfrp.gtr\default2.aspx' is denied.
Note that the *.gtr folder changes everytime I try to add a new item.I am currently using windows 7. When I was using WinXP it worked fine on another computer and still does. One thing I noticed different is that on my old XP computer my local users consist of ASPNET, IUSR_PROGRAMMER, IWAM_PROGRAMMER, etc. (programmer referred to the name of my computer I think), but none of those users are on my Win7 machine. Can someone help me resolve this? Thank you.

Seems this thread should be a Web Site and Windows setting issue.
This forum supports for "Visual Studio Setup and Installation" issue.
Seems your Visual Studio is healthy.
So I suggest you ask your question to http://forums.asp.net/
You will get better support there.
