  Did you already go through the sample provider - Contoso provider? It gives information on how to configure one if you have not done this before: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd352570(v=BTS.10).aspx. Then I would try to follow the steps but use your other device.

  For hardware-specific instructions, find out if the manufacturer has tested it with BizTalk RFID and if so, ask them for more information about the configuration of your device.
