I have finished the transition of our website to Office365 but have a number of people with email addresses under OLSB who get only one or two emails a month and as a non-profit organization we do not want to pay

$6.00 a month as users under the new system.   Is there any way they can use these email addresses with Hotmail to send and receive emails without making them paid users under our P! plan.

I have looked but cannot find any detailed instructions how to do this if it is possible.

    Thanks for your prompt response

If you create mail-enabled contacts (mail-user objects), you can set a proxy address of user@domain.com and then a target address (which it forwards to) of whichever external account you need.
