Baseline for Windows 2008 R2 and 2008 SP1?

Hello,
SCM v2 provides baselines for Windows 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows 2008 SP2. How can I use these baselines for my other Windows 2008 servers (like Windows 2008 R2 without SP)? I still have quite a lot of these servers and want to use SCM to create DCM 2007 packages

SCM does not fully support older versions of those products. If you create a baseline for Windows 2008 R2 SP1 you can export it as a GPO backup and apply the GPO to computers running Windows 2008 R2 gold but you will not be able to scan them with either SCAP or DCM content from SCM because the compliance tools distinguish between service packs. In other words, if you do not plan to use SCM for generating SCAP or DCM content then you won’t have issues, but if you do want to scan computers for compliance with SCM baselines then you’ll have to install the current service packs.
