    Hi all,

    I'm having a hard time looking for technet articles with regards to Bandwidth Requirements for SCCM 2007. All I see about capacity planning is http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb892809.aspx. I would like to know Bandwidth Requirements to help in designing for Branch Offices scenario.

    Does anyone know where I can get information about it?

    It depends. It depends upon a lot of things including your site design but mostly on the content you will be delivering. Content accounts for a vast majority of the bandwidth needs of ConfigMgr but is completely dependant of what you choose to deliver and is thus variable.

    Here's one article that shows the normal client bandwidth for core infrastrucutre activites in ConfigMgr: http://blogs.technet.com/b/configurationmgr/archive/2011/06/06/configuration-manager-2007-r3-sp2-an-explanation-of-server-and-client-communications.aspx

    As mentioned though, this is usually trivial compared to the content you are delivering specifically software distribution and software updates.
