One of our Exchange servers is very slow, and that causes our administrative workstations to open up the EMC very slowly. This is because it's binding to a very slow over used server.
How can I change the default Exchange server EMC uses?

Right click on Microsoft Exchange On-Premises (...) click specify a server to connect to.
