Exchange 2010 EMC not Initialization

I performed a fresh installed in a new server 2008 R2 with Exchange 2010 Std.
Everything worked well for a couple weeks then I get this issue:
The Following Error occurred while attempting to connect to the specified Exchange server "xxx.local:"
The attempt to connect to htt://srv.local/Powershell using "Kerberos" authentication failed:
Connecting to remote server failed with the following ,message" Logon Failure: unknown user name or password. For more info , see the About remote Troubleshooting Help topic.(X) Initialization Failed

Tried creating a new account and tested?
Could be cached credentials on the server with an expired password.

You can go to Credentials Manager and deleted the 'Windows Credentials' of admin account or recreate admin profile.Terence Yu
