Question of migrating to Exchange 2010 SP2.

Hi,
We have hosted Exchange 2010 SP1 environment and i'd need to migrate it to SP2 and also move the whole Exchange into another domain in the same process.
So back into my question. Would it be possible to install clean install of Exchange 2010 SP2 into new domain and move mailbox databases into fresh SP2 environment? Or would it be better to make new install of Exchange SP1, move databases and after that migrate to SP2?
...Or is there any possible, easy and safe way to move this existing environment into another domain?
