    Dear friends..

    i dont know if you also faced the same .. as i check with google and i found ppl talking abt this .. my client is getting this error when he is trying to setup OOF he is getting an error saying SERVER currently not available... (see screen shot)... we just moved them from 2003 to hosted setup in 2010 sp1.. can some one plz advise why this is happening and how can i fix the same ...

    That's all to to do the EWS virtual directory not being reachable. Check the WebServicesVirtualDirectory -externalURL property and auth methods and make sure he can both resolve and auth to it. Check AutoDiscover for the client and make sure the EWS Vdir/URL they get back is correct, the cert is good etc.

    You need to check that autodiscover service is configured properly as it is used for OAB and OOF settings transfer to client.

    If autodiscover service and DNS record is ok - you can check what setting are transfered to outlook.

    To do this- press right click with CTRL on Outlook icon in system tray and choose Test e-mail AutoConfiguration.
