Outlook cannot access to shared mailbox after granting owner rights to user.

  Hi,

  I have encountered two problems when sharing a users mailbox (User1) to other user (User2), both users are located in same Organization, so this shouldn't be a problem.

  First problem, i cannot grant full access to whole mailbox with "Add-MailboxPermission -Identity org1\User1 -AccessRights FullAccess -User org1\User2"

  That command gives me this error:

  The operation on mailbox "domain.local/Microsoft Exchange Hosted Organizations/ORG1/user1" failed because it's out of the current user's write scope. The object 'domain.local/Microsoft Exchange Hosted Organizations/ORG1/user1' must be within the read scope before and after it's modified. Can't perform the save operation.
      + CategoryInfo          : NotSpecified: (domain.local.../user1:ADObjectId) [Add-MailboxPermission], TaskInvalidOperationException
      + FullyQualifiedErrorId : C344FF89,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.RecipientTasks.AddMailboxPermission

  Second problem:

  And now, when i'm trying to grant access only to User1 inbox with this command Add-MailboxFolderPermission-identity org1\user1@domain.com:\inbox -User org1\user2 -AccessRights owner

  After running that command, User2 haves full acccess to User1's InBox, yes he haves and when looking from Outlook i can confirm that this command worked properly and also Get-MailboxFolderPermissions command show that User2 has Owner rights to this folder, but still when i add this shared mailbox to Outlook, i cannot open it. Outlook keeps saying you don't have permissions and i cannot open this User1's InBox...

  This is kinda weird, because i've done this same thing like a month ago to other mailbox and it worked properly.
