Queue Viewer in exchange 2003

HI,
Iand n exchange 2003 the queue size is getting increase day by day and when we check the counter for MSExchangeIS Mailbox: Send Queue Size counter, we found one mailbox stores is the culprit. but we did not get the information about mailbox store.
Is there any counter or tool from where we can check which mailbox store is culprit and which particular mailbox is having an issue

open up the message tracking log files with your favorite textfile editor and look for more clues.

How about to use Performance Monitor to detect Exchange 2003 message queue problems, you could configure it to alert administrators when any SMTP queues in an Exchange 2003 environment reach a designated threshold.
