We are planning to Reinstall the Forefront Security for Exchange 2007 so please guide what are the steps to perform to keep the same setting.

I have gone through the below link of Microsoft Article but i am not getting properly.

this is the only article I know about backing up and restoring the configuration:

Found another one about reinstalling FSE on EBS. The way should be the same:
