how can I upgrade to IE9?

  If you can't find ie9 click your start button and click on control panel,

  Click on uninstall a program or programs and features,

  On the top left click on turn windows features on or off,

  See if ie9 is listed and just not checked, it should be listed near the top, if not exit and go back to uninstall a program,

  On the top left click on View installed updates,

  Wait for the page to fully load and scroll this list for internet explorer 9,

  Uninstall this update,

  Then download it from where ever you want obviously it did not activate through the windows update,

  Find and fix issues with uninstalling programs,

  Hi,

  
  You do not need to uninstall IE8 before installing IE9. Please download Internet Explorer 9 from the following link and try to install it in Clean Boot environment.
