'%2020' on the space of filename while saving as.

Hi,
I'm using office 2007 Kr on Windows 7 Pro 32bit.
I've installed 7, and office yesterday, then it happenes.
I opened one excel file(ver 2003) named like 'office file'. <-- There is a space.
Then I tried to save it with 'Save as', but the file name looks like 'office%2020file'.
If I do this with other 2003 excel files, it doesn't happen so I guessed there is a problem on the file,
however if I do this on XP, it works ok with even the file I had a problem on 7.
Do you have any idea what cause this?

Thanks for posting here.I've searched MS documents and internal references for corresponding issue. But there are no kwon issue for it.
