DataCollectorSvc & Event 2152

We have SBS 2008 which also includes Exchange. However, we have all Exchange related services disabled because we use Exchange on Office 365. We are now getting the event error listed below. I can't find anything at all anywhere about this combination.

Process DataCollectorSvc.exe (EMS). An remote procedure call (RPC) request to the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service failed with error 1753 (Error 6d9 from HrGetServersForRole). Make sure...I assume the reason for this error is because Exchange was disabled. However, I don't quite understand who is trying to contact Exchange as I did not setup anything (short of the email that fails to be created when creating a user in SBS). Any ideas? Also I assume the process is not on SBS itself but from another server, hence the RPC, correct?
