Can't sign in to Communicator
I have problem signing into office communicator for the BPOS account that do not make use of MS Online Services Sign In. I have manually changed communicator sign-in address and some of the advance settings to:
Sign-in address: myname.myfamname.2ndaccount@mycompany.emea.microsoftonline.com (this is my BPOS account user name)
User Name: mycompany.emea.microsoftonline.com\myname.myfamname.2ndaccount
Internal/external server name or IP address: pool1.oconline.microsoftonline.com:443
Connect using: TLSThe error I get is “Can’t sign in to communicator”
Is it necessary to use MS Online Services Sign In?

- Yes - it is a requirement to use the Microsoft Online Services Sign In application. This will also correctly configure your Office Communicator.
