Getting 401 Unauthorized using stsadm.exe for backup

Hi,
We are moving the backup location for where our stsadm full backup goes. When I updated the file path, I am now getting a The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized to the new location when running the command. I have verified that Share and NTFS permissions match exactly on the new server to the old. Is there some other setup that I am missing? I have triple checked permissions (the SP user has full access, etc). All that is changing is the backup location (see below).
Old command:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\BIN\stsadm.exe" -o backup -directory \\OldServer\SharePointBackup\sharepoint -backupmethod full
New Command:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\BIN\stsadm.exe" -o backup -directory \\NewServer\SharePointBackup\sharepoint -backupmethod full
Thanks for any help!

This is fixed. Apparently that only happens when you run from command line as administrator...Works fine running otherwise.- 답변으로 표시됨 Pengyu Zhao 2012년 6월 11일 월요일 오전 5:47
