unable to change central administration URL after Imaging from Production

Hi There,
I am new to sharepoint. I have to work on sharepoint 2007 project now.
My company IT people have created a Production image and copied to the development server. Whenever I amtrying to open the Central Administration, it is trying to connect to the production server and I dont have access to the production server.
Please help me where should I change this URl to My development server. or how I can do this.

Please contact to your company IT people, and delete the rewrite connection from your delvelopment server to Production.
