    All,

I've been doing some research and it appears that the only way to extend infopath controls (i.e. if I want my own custom Infopath control that will do whatever I want) I will not to leverage ActiveX.  But it also seems that ActiveX controls will not work with browser enabled forms.

Can someone confirm that ActiveX controls indeed do not work in browser enabled forms?  If this is the case, how else can I create custom Infopath controls for browser enabled forms?

    Thanks in advance.

Well, date pickers and contact selectors work in browser forms, and those use ActiveX, but they may be exceptions to the rule.  I can't help with writing custom controls but wanted you answer that part.
