Creating Rss Data Source

Good Day!
I'm trying to create an RSS feed using this description http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint-designer-help/add-a-server-side-script-as-a-data-source-HA010355749.aspx (I added the same URL)
When I try to insert DataSource to the page nothing happens. I went here for solution http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint-designer-help/add-a-server-side-script-as-a-data-source-HA010355749.aspx#_Troubleshooting_the_data but data are still not displayed.
Any suggestios?

Помогите добавить RSS на страницу (хотела подписку на новости отображать вместе с новостями в моем листе)

Hi Lena,
The MSN Weather can be displayed in my SharePoint 2007 Data View per the article you mentioned (also use 2007 version article).
You need to check whether your SharePoint Desinger Data Source Details task pane can display data from the data source,
if yes, the data source connection is working properly, you can drag description field to a Data view;
if not, you need to check your SharePoint version and configure the web.config of the corresponded Web application, and perform an iisreset.
Or you can double-check the steps you used per the above article and re-create it, then check result.
