Critical state for RMS

  We setup 2 SCOM 2007 R2 servers and another 2 SQL servers in cluster and using the instances for SCOM DBs. A few days back it stopped sending any alerts and founs teh runs as account password got expired and we reset the password and it started working. Now we are facing many issues as mentioned below

  a) Not receiving any alerts, active alerts are not showing any new alerts

  b) Very frequently it's showing that the RMS not available

  c) In heath explorer it's saying Data Access service is not running (even though it's runnning on RMS server) and with alert subscription availability monitor showing below error

  Alert subscription data source module was unable to find alerts that match the subscription because of database errors. The following error(s) were
  encountered: Exception Message: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found
  or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL  Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network

  I'm a novice to SCOM and failed to correct the issues. We already checked the instance name in registry and it's correct, also can able to reach teh SQL server from RMS and DB is working properly
