    I cannot submit a fax from Windows Fax and Scan with a cover page or imbedded text even with the latest
    hotfix (    2629557). See below for the error message
    Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 - 64 bit
    IE9 - Update version 9.0.5
    This is not really an IE9 issue per se but first saw it when I upgraded to IE9 and Windows 7 SP1.

    Ran sfc - no problem detected...

    Beginning system scan.  This process will take some time.

    Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

    Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    Note that this is not a critical problem for me since I can work around this by not using a separate cover page. Hopefully, it will help someone else who does not have a workaround.
