    I get error 0x80070705.  I can see the Printer and use the printer with other Vista machines, but can not seem to install this printer on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit machine.  When you select the printer address you get message that you can not connect to the Printer.  I was able to install it locally using the driver built in to Windows 7 with no problem.  Tried to install a different HP LaserJet 2015 networked on another machine, this time it searched at least for a driver then failed.  I was able to install a HP Color Laser 2600n with no problem.  This is the Error in the Event Properties: Installing printer driver HP LaserJet P2015 Series PCL 6 failed, error code 0x0, HRESULT 0x80070705. See the event user data for context information.  In the details window I get:  Log Name:      Microsoft-Windows-PrintService/Admin

    There's a new Driver released , so try again it may solve your problem.

    I already had the current driver from HP and it also came in Windows 7.  Besides the link you provided is bunk!!!

    I deleted the registry entries that the Administrative Entries referenced.  Then I was able to install the printer as a network Hp laser jet 2015.
