how are you supposed to reload your os if they only give you the product key?

2012년 5월 18일 금요일 오후 9:57I bought a hp desktop pc an the only thing that came with it is a vista product key, so now I want to clear and put it back to like factory, How do you do that with out any OS disks? hp has no download for it so what do I do now?
