Files inside Libraries are missing inside backup
-
2012년 5월 2일 수요일 오후 4:05I wish I knew this before I backed up my info and restored my laptop but, here I am. I back up my info using windows backup. I want to restore specific files, NOT ALL OF THEM, I started making my files and folders selections and I could find EVERTHING BUT 3 folders with very important information I had in LIBRARIES, and I thought their physical location was DOCUMENTS/MYDOCUMENTS/ but I cannot find them, any suggestions, please? I already tried search and I only get to the links/paths but not to the files themselves.

Hi,
Please check whether these files are listed in the backup file. If these files exist, you can try to restore specify files. If you could not find them, I am afraid that it is unable to get the files back after you have done the restore. I suggest you can check the backup log to ensure all the files are saved in the future.
