implementing REST api on azure SDK

Hello all
I want to implement a simple rest interface to store name/email data on the Azure sdk,
http://localhost/name and http://localhost/name/email and I need to use table storage.

Yes, you can do that.
I normally hate doing this but that's a very opened ended question. I'd recommend you perhaps start by running through some of the labs in the Windows Azure Platform Training kit.
This should help you come back with a more specific question(s) which we will then be more than happy to try and answer. :)
