Remote Desktop via OSX and Hyper-V access troubles - Caps Lock Issues

Hopefully the subject is good enough... ;)
I have two Server 8 with Hyper-V role up and running and everytime if I log into the maschines I can write without worries on the host.
But If I change to the guest systems It seems my caps lock is activated and I can't switch it off. It's actually not really activated on the MacBook. I proved it several times and wrote something in OSX and the Remote Console to compare. It only happens in the Hyper-V Guest console.
Solution for me is write with short caps lock pushes to lower the letters. Can anyone confirm this problem?I figured it out after the change to Server 8 and it worked very well before but now...
Both servers are set up from scratch.

I remote desktop into a Windows Server 8 Hyper-V computer with Remote Desktop Connection of Microsoft from a Mac Book Air with Lion installed without any issue. I didn’t get your issue with a virtual machine running on Windows Server 8 Hyper-V, either with Hyper-V Manager or Remote Desktop Connection of Microsoft.
