We have a SQL cluster 2003 R2 X64. We want to migrate the data of one disk from one SAN to other SAN. Quorom disk
    is not affected

    What is the simplest way?

My first idea was to stop the cluster, copy the data to the new disk, and copy the signatures to the new disk. I have learned
that this method is impossible because there isn't a tool for 2003 x64 for write signatures. dumpcfg, cluster recovery, etc. only work on the 32 version of Windows 2003.

The only viable alternative is delete the SQL cluster instance, and recreate a new sql cluster instance. I resist to think that there isn't a better alternative, than reinstall.

First question is, does this cluster have simultaneous access to both SANs?  If it does, the migration will be pretty easy.  If not, much harder.

In addition to what Chuck just asked, one more question:

did you check with your storage vendor?
they might have tools available which automates and manages this in one shot !
