NLB for Smooth Streaming and ARR v.2

Hi,
I setup Smooth Streaming 2 Server,
and Edge Cache (Application Request Routing Version 2) 2 Server.
What's type of Load Balancing for this solution is best ?
All Server are in same subnet and same location.
1. Microsoft Network Load Balancing for all.
2. DNS Round Robin for all.
3. MS NLB for Smooth Streaming, and DNS Round Robin for ARR-V2.
4. MS NLB for ARR-V2, and DNS Round Robin for Smooth Streaming.
