Our terminal server (Server 2008 -64bit) hangs up occasionally and and requires a reboot to resote operations.
The last time it stopped, I received the following info for the problem:

I would like to confirm what edition of Windows Server 2008 is installed on this computer, Enterprise, Core, Web, Standard, Database or others?

If it works fine in Clean Boot, please enable the disabled services and startup items one by one to narrow down the possible case.
In addition, you may also analyze the memory.hdmp and minidump.mdmp files with Debugging Tools by yourself. You can install it and it’s Symbol Packages from the following link:
