redownloading WSUS windows update files

We are running WSUS3.0 on a windows server 2003 R2 platform. I was wondering if there was a way to redownload all the non approved updates that I may have declined in the passed.
I have a bunch of computers that say they are missing 22 or + updates and I to use the WSUS to redownload all windows updates so I can approve the missing ones so my computers show 0% -1% of missing updates.
A way to do this would be greatly appricated without having to rebuild my WSUS server.

change your View to show "Declined" and select the desired updates and change their status from Declined to Approved ?
