  • Hi,Sharywong,

Would you please provide more information about your issue? What are the version of your MOC,Exchange server and outlook client?

Does this issue happen to all users or sepcified user?Does it happen to internal users or external users?

Are there any error messages on the client or server?

    Here are some suggestions:

1)Please check if you enable  " save instant message conversations in my email conversation history folder" on MOC (Lync or Communicator) client.(Note:It require 5 mins to sync settings and data with exchange server, and you need restart outlook and MOC )

2)Please try to log on another PC with the same user account to see if it works and try to log with another user account on the same PC to see if it works

3)Please check the EWS status on the Lync client with pressing Alt+right-clicking on the Lync/communicator icon, then select the configuration information.

4)Please make sure you upgrade your server and client either Lync or Exchange to the latest version.

5)Please try to reinstall outlook and reload the outlook profile and try again.

6)If still no luck please turn on Lync/Communicator logging for more information.

    Regards,

    Sharon
