Lync 2010 Plugin for Firefox/Chrome

    Question

  • Hello,

I currently have a plugin installed for Firefox/Chrome:

Microsoft Lync 2010 Attendant Meeting Join Plug-in - Version: 4.0.7577.

I'm not sure how this plugin got installed, but I'd like to install it for some others.  Unfortunately I can't find it anywhere...

Is this included in the installer somewhere??

If you know where I can download it that would be awesome.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

in front-end's Lync Server Internal(or External) Web Site/meet/JavaScript directory, you can see there are

    Launch.js

    PluginLoader.js

    Utilities.js

,these js are used to detect your explorer and load plug-ins

when you attend a meeting from Firefox/Chrome by accessing https://meet.domain.com/user/meetingID ,

js are loaded with web page automatically, unless you disabled js

    regards,
