Exchange Auto-Attendant Monitoring

  • Hi! We have Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Enterprice Voice deployed. For our main IVR we need to provide clients dialing by extensions. So we have deployed Exchange UM Auto-Attendant. From our main IVR we forward calls to "Dial-by-Extension IVR".

    I need to know how many callers are choosing to dial employee by his extension? How is it possible to do? Lync Monitoring and Reporting doesnt show any details about this auto-attendant as the call is forwarded from one exchange UM AA to another and then to Lync User.
