Group Chat admin tool login

    Question

  • Hi Guys,

We have setup Group Chat and need to delegate out admin for the rooms and users.

We have 5 different SIP domains, and we need to allow users from all the SIP areas to admin the rooms, Currently it appears that only users that have the default SIP are able to log into the Group Chat admin console and admin the users.

The others just get "cannot connect to the channel service" error when they try to login.

Any ideas to get different SIPs allowed to login and admin?

  • Hi,

Please try to add other sip domains to your Group Chat admin tool.

In addition, you should configure same domains in  in "Group Chat Server Settings" of both in Group Chat admin tool and Group chat client.

  • Hi,

We have all our AD domains in there... The issue is that we appear to use different SIPs although the login domain is the same for everyone.

    Thanks
