I'm having an issue with all of my OCS 2007 Clients. Their office communicator icon is showing a small explination mark next to it, and when you hover over it the error indicates; "Cannot Synchronize Address Book Information"
It appears that this is causing a problem, as some users are unable to find other OCS users when trying their name into the search fields within OC Client.
Does anyone know where I should beging in diagnosing what could be the cause of this?
