Linkage between webex and Communicator

    Question

  • I am using Communicator 2007R2 and when I am in a webex meeting it is not showing, how do I get it to show in communicator that I am in a webex meeting.

  • Hello Gypsee,

    When Outlook and Communicator integrated with each other then only Outlook calendar meeting information will show on Communicator status. Like when meeting started Communicator status will show like In-Meeting.

    If you are scheduling meeting via Outlook (Webex must be configure in outlook) then it will show your status.

    In office communicator > click on main menu > tools > Options> General tab> In personal Information manager, Select Outlook, Out of Office etc.

    Log off login on COmmunicator. wait for an hour and schedule Meeting via outlook and see.
