Office 365 Small Business - does it allow shared mailboxes ??

  • I have a client that is currently using Exchange on a Windows 2003 Server. They are thinking of going to a hosted Exchange solution of which I have some experience with other clients but I am not sure what plans of office 365 they all use.

    Anyhow this particular client has a need for shared mailboxes where a user can be granted full access and send as permissions on another user mailbox and them be able to add that user's mailbox to their Oulook. I do that all the time on their Exchange server.

    Can the basic Office 365 Small Business $5.00 per email a month plan allow such??
