Need settings to exclude rules for specific users

    Question

  • I have created a rule in my Exchange online account regarding users should not send or receive mails outside the domain.

I have also created exception for my account naushad@octopuse.com, so that i can send or recevice mails outside the domain. The rule was works fine.

Now i have set a forwarder for all incoming mails to naushad@octosystems.com. When outlook tries to forward my mails to naushad@octosystems.com i receive the following error

Delivery has failed to these recipients or
    groups:

    naushad@octosystems.com
    Your message wasn't delivered due
to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the
address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may
    be preventing delivery.

    Please help me on this.

  • This is because the message appears to come from the original sender instead of from your mailbox (which you have set the permissions for).

  • How to create the rule for this? Or how to make this domain as safe?
