disable the "permanently delete everything in deleted files folder" confirmation dialog box

    Question

  • How do I disable the "permanently delete everything in deleted files folder" confirmation dialog box in outlook 2013? If it's in there, I don't want to be asked about, just do it!

  • You can set delete items folder "Deleted Items" during Application turn off.

Or you can add code to VBA Outlook's developer [Alt+F11\ThisOutlookSession]

    Private Sub Application_Quit()
Dim oItems As Object, oItem As Object, x as Long
Dim NS As NameSpace: Set NS = Application.GetNamespace("MAPI")
    Dim oFolder As MAPIFolder

    'IMAP ------
    'Set oFolder = NS.Folders(oMail.SendUsingAccount).Folders("Deleted Items")
    'POP3 ------
    Set oFolder = NS.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderDeletedItems)

    Set oItems = objDelItemsFolder.Items
    On error resume next
    For x = oItems.Count To 1 Step -1
        DoEvents
        Set oItem = oItems.Item(x)
            oItem.Delete
    Next
    End Sub

Turn on Macros et Options and Save this code in project.
