I have a user that has many, many well organized subfolders within the inbox of OL Express. I can see the .dbx files for each of them as well when I saved them off-drive before updating him to Outlook 2007. The problem now is that the email messages
were not imported into those sub-folders and are now all co-mingled in one inbox. Is there a solution to import each subfolder .dbx into its own Outlook '07 folder under the Inbox?
Unfortunately you cannot import DBX files individually. Outlook looks to the existing Identity for the source of the Emails. While testing this, I found that the import process maintained the folder structure (ie.. it created new Sub folders
in the same relative location as they were in Outlook Express and populated them accordingly).
Can you tell me the steps you are going through to import the .DBX files?
